Choral Alumni Weekend 2024 will be held from April 18th – April 21st, 2024! We welcome all singers, old and new, to celebrate another year of choral music at WPI. Please fill out the registration form if you are attending The schedule for the weekend is as follows:

Thursday, April 18, 5pm – Festival Choir rehearsal with Alumni @ FBC
Come down to First Baptist Church in Worcester for the kickoff event of Alumni Weekend 2024, a joint choir rehearsal with both Undergrads and all Alumni!
Thursday, April 18, 7pm – O’Connor’s
Following the choir rehearsal, we will move to O’Connor’s for socializing and singing. Bring your (clean) Engineers verses and warmed-up voices.
Friday, April 19, All Day – Occupy the Octowedge @ WPI Campus Center
Do you miss taking over the Octowedge, pushing all the chairs together, and generally making a ruckus? Make your way over to the Campus Center during the day and help freshmen with the Questionnaire before we take off for a bar crawl.
Friday, April 19, 7:30pm – ACFest 28: SHM Gets Rich Quick @ Alden Hall
Support Simple Harmonic Motion and their guest groups: Audiophiles, Sound Logic, UNH Alabaster Blue, and the Wheaton Whims, by coming to ACFest 28.
Saturday, April 20, 10-11:30am – GCA Annual Meeting @ Unity Hall room 500
Join us to welcome in the graduating seniors and vote on new Board members. We have three seats up for election: Secretary-Treasurer (Kevin Stern) and two general seats (Jacob Morse and Matt Ronn).
Saturday, April 20, 11:30am-1:30pm – GC(A) Luncheon @ FBC
Immediately following the Annual Meeting, we will be having our annual luncheon with the undergrads! Come socialize, tell stories of the Club in your days, and listen to the stories being made now. This year, we have more to celebrate than normal! Dress code: Business(ish) Casual.
Saturday, April 20, 2-5pm – Combined Rehearsal @ FBC
After the luncheon, we will be rehearsing music for the concert. You know, the alleged reason we all get together this time of year?
Saturday, April 20, 5-7pm – Alumni/Undergrad Mixer @ Campus Center Back Lawn
Come enjoy some BBQ and lawn games behind the Campus Center, a short walk from FBC.
Saturday, April 20, 7:30-late- BrewFest @ First Unitarian Church (90 Main St, Worcester, MA 01608)
Grab a sixpack or two of your favorite beer, then come and join us to pass them around, comment on the hops, and generally schmooze.
Sunday, April 21, 1-3pm – Dress Rehearsal @ FBC
Get in your Sunday best and make your way down to First Baptist to warm up and prep for the concert. Tuxedo not required, just wear something nice!
Sunday, April 21, 3-5pm – CHORAL ALUMNI WEEKEND CONCERT @ FBC
The big finale! Invite your friends and family to come watch you relive the glory days with the undergrads. Whether you’ve sung every day since graduating or your vocal folds have rusted away, come on down and help us raise the roof of FBC!
Sunday, April 21, 5pm – Post-Concert Reception @ FBC
After singing, we will gather for some light refreshments and reminiscing on the weekend.
